ISO 41001:2018 Lead Auditor Certification – Master Facility Management System Auditing

ISO 41001:2018 Lead Auditor Certification has been developed to assist personnel who have responsibility or interest in the audit of Facility Management (FM) systems against international standards. The course will provide facilities management professionals and their organizations with a framework for achieving improved FM performance through an effective approach to conducting audits of their FM systems.

Understanding Facility Management Systems :
Provides an understanding of the various components and purpose of ISO 41001:2018, and how FM supports the achievement and sustainability of organizational objectives and goals.

Audit Planning and Preparation :
This section will cover how to effectively plan, implement and manage audits, using risk-based thinking and global best practices for the audit process.

Compliance and Risk Management :
Identify the operational risks associated with the operation of the organization; demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations; develop systematic methods of improving the effectiveness of the organization as a facility.

Audit Execution :
This module will provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform practical audit competencies such as collecting and analyzing evidence of compliance, conducting interviews, and assessing the performance of an organization as a facility

Reporting and Continuous Improvement :
Learn how to write an effective audit report, identify corrective actions, and facilitate the continuous improvement of the FM system for the benefit of the organization.
